If yondo doesn't work for you, we'll give you your money back.

Refund window

You can request a full refund of any payment within 14 days of the charge, no questions asked. This applies to the first subscription payment and to each renewal.

How to request

Reply to your Paddle receipt email, request it at paddle.net, or write to contact@yon.do with the email used for the purchase. Paddle, the reseller of our orders, refunds the original payment method, usually within 5 to 10 business days depending on your bank.

Cancellation

Cancelling stops future charges; access to the plan continues until the end of the period already paid. After 14 days from the charge, the current period is not refunded, unless the law of your country requires it.
