Privacy policy

Last updated October 15, 2026

yondo is a voice channel between you and the AI agents running on your own computer. This page explains which data yondo handles, why, and what you can do about it. The controller is METAPRIORI SOLUCOES TECNOLOGICAS LTDA, CNPJ 38.090.628/0001-06, R. Tenente João Luiz Maus, 869, Campestre, Tubarão, SC, 88706-000, Brasil.

What stays on your computer

Conversations, files, tasks, notes and what the agents do stay on your PC. When your phone, watch or car talk to your PC over the internet, the conversation goes through a yondo relay that is end-to-end encrypted: it only passes scrambled bytes, and not even we can read them.

Encrypted backup

If your PC is linked to an account, yondo backs up its data to the cloud, encrypted on your PC with a key that only your PC has. We store bytes we cannot read. Without your recovery code, the backup cannot be opened, not even by us.

What we keep in your account

What we use it for

Only to run yondo: identify you, link your PCs to your account, let your devices reach them, keep your backup and manage your plan. We don't sell data, don't use it for advertising and don't train AI models with it.

Where it is

The account and PC list are in a Postgres database at Neon, in the United States. The relay, cloud voice and backup run on Cloudflare. Payments are processed by Paddle. These providers process data on our behalf and only for this.

How long

As long as the account exists. When you ask us to delete your account, we delete its data within 30 days.

Your rights

You can request access, correction, portability or deletion of your data, under the Brazilian LGPD, the GDPR or the law of your country. Write to the email below. You can also revoke yondo's access to your Google account at any time in your Google account permissions.
