Terms of service

These terms apply to your use of yondo: the phone, watch and car apps, the server that runs on your computer, the desktop panel, the yon.do website and the cloud services (relay, voice and backup). yondo is provided by METAPRIORI SOLUCOES TECNOLOGICAS LTDA, Brazilian company registration (CNPJ) 38.090.628/0001-06, R. Tenente João Luiz Maus, 869, Campestre, Tubarão, SC, 88706-000, Brasil ("we"). By using yondo you agree to these terms.

What yondo is

A voice channel between you and the AI agents running on your own computer. yondo is not an AI agent itself: it talks to the agents you installed and configured, such as Claude Code or Codex, using your own accounts and keys for those services, which follow their own terms.

Your account

You sign in with your Google account and are responsible for what happens in it and on the PCs linked to it. Keep your devices and your backup recovery code safe.

Acceptable use

Do not use yondo for illegal activities, to access other people's computers without permission, to attack or overload our services, or to circumvent plan limits. AI agents act on your computer with the permissions you give them: review what they do.

Paid plans

Prices are listed on the pricing page. Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled, and cancellation takes effect at the end of the period already paid. Refunds follow the refund policy.

Your data

Conversation content stays on your computer. The relay and the cloud backup carry that content encrypted, and we cannot read it. Details in the privacy policy.

Availability and warranties

We do our best to keep the services running, but yondo is provided as is, without warranty of uninterrupted or error-free operation. Changes, pauses and maintenance may happen. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages, nor for what AI agents do on your computer.

Termination

You can stop using yondo and delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the version in effect, and important changes will be announced before they apply.
